family, |
| Janice and I would
like to announce the engagement of our daughter
Constance Joan Stumpf, 18, to Mr. Jeffrey Starks,
21. Jeff is a Parachute Rigger in the Navy
stationed at the Naval Air Station
base in Oak harbor, Washington, at the north
end of our Whidbey Island. Jeff comes from
Lakeport, California. He is the son of
Reverend Ray and Jeannie Starks. Connie was
born in Warwick, New York, and graduated from
South Whidbey High School this past June. |
| Connie and Jeff met
when Jeff was visiting our church one
Sunday. In February, Constanze will be back
in New York to begin attending the American
Academy of the Dramatic Arts in Manhattan.
Their wedding will be in October of 2006.
Our mighty and sovereign God has joined two great
young Christians together. We are proud of
Jeff and what he has meant to our Connie, and of
his service to our country. Please keep
these young people in your prayers. |
