Phillip J. Stumpf

Phil after representing South Whidbey Youth Center
at a 1998 conference in Yakima on drug problems.
He has worked to prevent drug abuse and given speeches before civic groups
as past president and spokesman for SWYC.

Now he is the representative of his high school
on the Island County Youth Council.
